Went looking for Bad who was supposed to be coming to Poole with OMWC, but they were not at any of the three main sailing spots.

I could then not make the decision whether to sail or not. The normal spot in Poole looked very fickle so I decided to have a look at Hammworthy.

I/we have never sailed there before, but as on our past visits, the wind was cleaner and was also bolt on shore so safe for trying out a new spot.

Debated rigging the 6 or 6.7 and decided on the 6.

After a couple of good runs and a few mediocre ones, I had a couple of hard and wearing water starts and went back in for a rest and to change down a fin size.

On relaunching the wind had dropped and I only managed a couple more planning runs. Sat on the beach for a bit and then went back out for one last try, but the wind was still dropping.

As I was packing up, people were rigging 7 and 7.5's.

Frustrating day, but at least I got out
